Unless otherwise stated, a deposit of 25%, which is non-returnable, is payable when a booking is made. The balance shall be payable 14 days before the commencement of the letting period. For bookings made less than 4 weeks in advance, full payment is required at time of booking. Acceptable methods of payment are cheques drawn on a UK bank account, cash or GBP travellers cheques. Clients are advised to take out a Holiday Cancellation Insurance Policy.

  4. For insurance purposes, the number of people occupying the premises must not exceed the number of beds provided in the accommodation.
